Welcome to Sukkah360. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website at https://sukkah360.com/ (“Site”), purchasing products, or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site and our services immediately.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

1. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to notify us of any changes to your contact details.

2. Orders, Payment, and Fulfillment

1. All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.

2. Payment is required in full before we begin production or ship products. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Sukkah360 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of materials.

3. Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, production schedules, or circumstances outside our control.

2. We are not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or taxes for international shipments.

3. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered to the carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

1. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

2. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or partial refund for products damaged in transit or with verified production defects.

3. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim, providing photos and a description of the issue.

5. Product Information and Disclaimers

1. Use of Images – All images displayed on our Site are for reference only. Actual product colors and textures may vary due to printing processes, material differences, or screen display settings.

2. Installation and Use – Customers are responsible for safely installing and using our products in accordance with any provided instructions.

3. No Warranties – Except as required by law, Sukkah360 makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Image Quality and Artistic Disclaimer

Our products feature large-format prints created from original photographic images that have undergone professional digital processing. This may include image blending, noise reduction, enlargement, and other software-based enhancements to prepare images for large-scale reproduction.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Inherent Image Characteristics – Digital processing and enlargement may result in visible artifacts such as pixelation, noise, or minor anomalies, which can become more noticeable in large-format prints.

2. Artistic Nature – The images are intended to serve as decorative or scenic backdrops, not exact photographic reproductions of real-world locations or objects. Colors, details, and overall appearance may differ from what a customer remembers or expects.

3. Optimal Viewing Distance – Large-format prints are designed to be viewed from a reasonable distance as a mural or background. Close inspection may reveal natural limitations of the printing and enlargement process.

4. Quality Commitment – We strive to deliver the highest-quality prints possible. Minor variations in sharpness, color tone, or surface texture are inherent to the medium and do not constitute product defects.

This disclaimer is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all image-based products offered by Sukkah360.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All content on this Site, including images, product designs, logos, and text, is the property of Sukkah360 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sukkah360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.

2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site or our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Panoramic Sukkah is a premium product designed to enhance customer’s holiday simcha and hidur mitzvat sukkah.  Eliyahu Ben Ze’ev Alpern – the artist and creator behind The Panoramic Sukkah – has crafted a high-quality product that will bring you and your family many years of enjoyment and satisfaction.

We do our best to ensure that images on Sukkah360.com represent our products accurately.  Please be aware, however, that in reality your Panoramic Sukkah product may vary in color or resolution when compared with what you see on your screen.

At The Panoramic Sukkah we are committed to impeccable customer service – the kind of service we like to see as customers ourselves.  We do our best to make sure that every product we ship meets our exacting quality-assurance standards.  That said, we are all human, and so human error is never completely avoidable.

When your order arrives, please open it promptly to make sure everything is as it should be.  If there is something wrong with your Panoramic Sukkah order – now or in the future – please be in touch; we promise to work with you to resolve the issue as fairly and quickly as possible.

All prices on Sukkah360.com are in U.S. Dollars.

All payments to Sukkah360.com are processed securely by PayPal.

Shipping prices on the site are valid for all of the countries listed on the checkout page.  If you need a Panoramic Sukkah product shipped somewhere else, please contact us to request a custom quote.

Panoramic Sukkah Kit prices are valid for the Contiguous United States ONLY.  Canadian customers may contact us for a quote.

Shipping is ususally handled by DHL (Fabric Walls and Adhesive Stickers) and FedEx or UPS (Sukkah Frames and Reusable Bamboo Schach Mats).  Please be aware that our shipping prices including shipping only.  If your country charges an import tax, tariff and/or VAT, the customer is solely responsible for paying it.

Orders for Panoramic Sukkah – Fabric Walls Only, Individual Sukkah Wall Panels, and Panoramic Wallpaper Stickers received by Monday September 6^th will ship by Saturday September 11^th.

Orders for Panoramic Sukkah Kits will ship in stages. You are likely to receive your frame (and bamboo schach mats, if ordered) within a week to ten days of placing your order.  If any sort of delay is expected, we will be in touch to update you.  Panoramic Sukkah Walls will ship by Saturday September 11^th and should arrive at customers’ doors by Sunday September 19^th.

At the Panoramic Sukkah, we do our best to process orders quickly and efficiently – our standard turnaround time (order to delivery) is 14 days.  We all want you to receive your Panoramic Sukkah order promptly so that you can enjoy it this year, and for many years to come!  That said, and especially in light of COVID-19 related shipping challenges, the Panoramic Sukkah is not responsible for unforeseen interruptions to the global shipping supply chain or any resulting delays.

In order to reduce shipping stress on all sides, we strongly and lovingly recommend that customers place their orders early and often!

Please be aware that except for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect in some way, we can not accept returns for any products sold by Sukkah360.com.

In preparing our Panoramic Sukkah Kits, we have partnered with our friends at The Sukkah Project®.  As such, contact information of customers ordering a Panoramic Sukkah Kit is shared with the folks at  The Sukkah Project® for fulfillment purposes.

Besides this, we do not share or sell our customer or mailing lists.

Finally, customers may opt in or out of our mailing list at any time.

By submitting images to Sukkah360.com for printing, you (the “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Right to Use Images
  • The Customer affirms that they have the legal right to use, copy, and distribute any images submitted to Sukkah360.com for printing. This includes obtaining all necessary permissions from copyright holders or any other relevant third parties.
• Copyright Violations
  • Sukkah360.com is not responsible for any copyright violations or legal actions resulting from the use of images provided by the Customer. The Customer assumes all liability for any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or any other rights of third parties.
• Personal Use Only
  • Images printed by Sukkah360.com are for the Customer’s personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed in any form.
    No Reuse of Images
  • Sukkah360.com will not reuse images submitted by the Customer for any purpose other than printing for the Customer. However, Sukkah360.com may maintain a backup of these images indefinitely for internal purposes.
• Use in Online Gallery or Portfolio
  • The Customer agrees that Sukkah360.com may reproduce images submitted by the Customer on our website for the purpose of showing examples of the work we do in our online gallery or portfolio. If the Customer wishes to opt out of this, they must notify Sukkah360.com in writing.
• Image Quality
  • Sukkah360.com does not guarantee print image quality, resolution, color accuracy or any related details of images sent to us by customers. we encourage customers to send us the highest resolution images possible but ultimately accept no responsibility for image quality or resolution of customer submitted images.
• By submitting images to Sukkah360.com, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
