The Panoramic Sukkah is a premium product designed to enhance customer’s holiday simcha and hidur mitzvat sukkah.  Eliyahu Ben Ze’ev Alpern – the artist and creator behind The Panoramic Sukkah – has crafted a high-quality product that will bring you and your family many years of enjoyment and satisfaction. 

We do our best to ensure that images on Sukkah360.com represent our products accurately.  Please be aware, however, that in reality your Panoramic Sukkah product may vary in color or resolution when compared with what you see on your screen. 

At The Panoramic Sukkah we are committed to impeccable customer service – the kind of service we like to see as customers ourselves.  We do our best to make sure that every product we ship meets our exacting quality-assurance standards.  That said, we are all human, and so human error is never completely avoidable.

When your order arrives, please open it promptly to make sure everything is as it should be.  If there is something wrong with your Panoramic Sukkah order – now or in the future – please be in touch; we promise to work with you to resolve the issue as fairly and quickly as possible.

All payments to Sukkah360.com are processed securely by PayPal.

Shipping prices on the site are valid for all of the countries listed on the checkout page.  If you need a Panoramic Sukkah product shipped somewhere else, please contact us to request a custom quote.

Panoramic Sukkah Kit prices are valid for the Contiguous United States ONLY.  Canadian customers may contact us for a quote.

Shipping is handled by DHL (Fabric Walls and Adhesive Stickers) and FedEx (Sukkah Frames and Reusable Bamboo Schach Mats).  Please be aware that our shipping prices including shipping only.  If your country charges an import tax and/or VAT, the customer is solely responsible for paying it.

Orders for Panoramic Sukkah – Fabric Walls Only, Individual Sukkah Wall Panels, and Panoramic Wallpaper Stickers received by Monday September 6^th will ship by Saturday September 11^th.

Orders for Panoramic Sukkah Kits will ship in stages. You are likely to receive your frame (and bamboo schach mats, if ordered) within a week to ten days of placing your order.  If any sort of delay is expected, we will be in touch to update you.  Panoramic Sukkah Walls will ship by Saturday September 11^th and should arrive at customers’ doors by Sunday September 19^th.

At the Panoramic Sukkah, we do our best to process orders quickly and efficiently – our standard turnaround time (order to delivery) is 14 days.  We all want you to receive your Panoramic Sukkah order promptly so that you can enjoy it this year, and for many years to come!  That said, and especially in light of COVID-19 related shipping challenges, the Panoramic Sukkah is not responsible for unforeseen interruptions to the global shipping supply chain or any resulting delays.

In order to reduce shipping stress on all sides, we strongly and lovingly recommend that customers place their orders early and often!

Please be aware that except for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect in some way, we can not accept returns for any products sold by Sukkah360.com.

By submitting images to Sukkah360.com for printing, you (the “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Right to Use Images
  • The Customer affirms that they have the legal right to use, copy, and distribute any images submitted to Sukkah360.com for printing. This includes obtaining all necessary permissions from copyright holders or any other relevant third parties.
• Copyright Violations
  • Sukkah360.com is not responsible for any copyright violations or legal actions resulting from the use of images provided by the Customer. The Customer assumes all liability for any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or any other rights of third parties.
• Personal Use Only
  • Images printed by Sukkah360.com are for the Customer’s personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed in any form.
    No Reuse of Images
  • Sukkah360.com will not reuse images submitted by the Customer for any purpose other than printing for the Customer. However, Sukkah360.com may maintain a backup of these images indefinitely for internal purposes.
• Use in Online Gallery or Portfolio 
  • The Customer agrees that Sukkah360.com may reproduce images submitted by the Customer on our website for the purpose of showing examples of the work we do in our online gallery or portfolio. If the Customer wishes to opt out of this, they must notify Sukkah360.com in writing.
• Image Quality
  • Sukkah360.com does not guarantee print image quality, resolution, color accuracy or any related details of images sent to us by customers. we encourage customers to send us the highest resolution images possible but ultimately accept no responsibility for image quality or resolution of customer submitted images.
• By submitting images to Sukkah360.com, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
